Three levels of coaching, all built on the same thing: a plan designed around the schedule you actually have, and someone who checks whether you’re doing it.
Every level gets the same quality of plan. What changes is how often someone looks at what you’re doing — and that turns out to be the thing that predicts whether people finish.

What actually happens after you say yes.
Week 00
Onboarding
Health history, a movement and injury screen, baseline photos and measurements, and a waiver. Thirty minutes of admin that makes the next twelve months work.
Week 01
Your plan lands
Training and nutrition built to your week. We start deliberately below what you think you can handle — the goal is week six, not week one.
Week 02+
Check in, adjust, repeat
You’ll be sore early. Somewhere around week six the numbers start moving and it stops feeling like effort. That’s the point we’re aiming at.
Honest fit
This isn't for everybody.
Book the call if
You're a parent or shift worker with a week that won't sit still
You've started before and stalled, more than once
You want habits that hold for years, not a six-week sprint
You'll be honest on a check-in when the week went badly
You want a coach who answers you personally
Don't book if
You need to be a certain size by a certain date, whatever it costs
You want a plan sent over that nobody ever follows up on
You're looking to buy a product rather than change how you live
Yes, in either direction. Plenty of people start on Coached and move up once they’ve proved to themselves they’ll stick with it. That’s the sensible order.
Tell me. Injury, a rough stretch at work, a new baby — a pause is always better than quietly disappearing. On the annual tiers the time gets added back on.
Yes. Coaching runs entirely online, so where you live doesn’t matter. If you’re local, you’re welcome at the Strength Club at Legacy open gym sessions too.
Say so on the call and again at onboarding. Plans get built around injuries all the time. Anything clinical stays with your doctor or physio — I’ll work alongside them, not around them.
No. Coaching is training, nutrition and habits, and nothing in it depends on buying a product from me. The performance-science side is a separate thing entirely, in Uncommon Human Sciences.
Coached is monthly — cancel whenever it stops being worth it. For the annual tiers, refund terms are set out in the terms. If it isn’t working, I’d rather have the conversation than keep your money.
Next step
Thirty minutes.
That’s all it takes to work out which of these fits, or whether none of them do.
